12 oz chocolate chips
1/2 C margarine
1 1/2 C sifted confectioners sugar
2 unbeaten eggs
2 t vanilla
2 t peppermint extract
melt chocolate chips in microwave. Let cool. In a bowl, cream margarine, add sugar; mix. Add eggs, vanilla, & mint extract. Add chocolate mixture a little at a time so as not to cook the egg mixture. Drop onto waxed paper. Refrigerate or freeze.
