Dropping in with an ear question...

My kiddo had her ears checked again today by an audiologist. She has speech issues - namely, she doesn't really talk - and the hearing eval is part of the process before the eval with a speech therapist. (We went through this 1.5 years ago, so I'm pretty familiar with the process already. Haha.)
The tests they did (headphone test with speech volume, not frequencies... Speaker test with voice and frequencies) came back okay for both ears, but her left ear has no 'acoustic reflex'. I was following along with most of what the audiologist said until we got to this part, and then Caitie was going a little crazy and I didn't quite understand this. I understand she doesn't have fluid buildup, and that the eardrums themselves are working normally (I guess?), but her left ear had no acoustic reflex after 5 tries with the scope-thing by two different people. One of them said not to worry about it, since she can definitely hear in that ear, but I can't help it. I worry about everything.
So I guess my question is, SHOULD I be worried or am I freaking out over nothing?

Wow... I've never heard of that one before! I mean, I know about tympanometry (the test for the ear drum), but I've never heard of an ear drum with good movement but no reflex. I would take them at their word though; if they say she can hear and it's nothing to worry about, it's probably just some normal variation :)

Thank you. :) And sorry I just got back to this - I wasn't expecting such a quick response!
Got the results sheet in the mail today. It says basically the same thing, though they want to re-test in six months to be sure. Dr. Google got me that day, I think - I was searching for info on absent reflex, and one of the first articles was about it being caused by a tumor. Nothing like a Google search to freak you out, I guess.
