Italian Sausage Soup
2 boxes (10 ounce box) Birds Eye frozen Italian Style Vegetables
2 cans (14 ounce can) beef broth
1 pound cooked Italian sausage, cubed
1 can (8 ounce can) tomato sauce
In large saucepan, place vegetables and broth; bring to boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium; cover and simmer 7 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Stir in cooked sausage and tomato sauce; cook until heated through.
Makes 4 servings
