Healthy Eating - Recipes
 
Yesterday

Breakfast: Apple
Lunch: Chicken breast, spinach and cabbage w/ sliced tomatoes, tossed in garlic, Himalayan salt and pepper.
Snack: Strawberries (crushed) with a tad bit of lemon juice and 1/2 packet Stevia.
Dinner: Spinach and garlic chopped extremely fine with chicken breast.

Today
Breakfast: Strawberries w/ lemon juice (no Stevia)
Lunch: Chicken breast tossed with spinach, cilantro, onion, tomatoes, Himalayan salt w/ a tsp of Louisiana jalapeno sauce.
Snack: Apple
Dinner: Chili

Chili recipe:
hamburger
cut up tomato
cut up onion
salt, pepper, granulated garlic to taste, pepper, cumin and chili powder, and oregano
kale
apple cider vinegar

Breakfast:
Cut up apple w/ water and cinnamon (cooked it), the skin wasn't too good, next time I'll have to skin it.

Lunch:
Hamburger, kale, onion, cumin, chili powder, onion. Put on top of fresh lettuce, tomato, onion, add mustard and a dash of hot sauce.

Dinner
Chicken breast, hash (many veggies that marinade in balsamic vinaigrette w/ seasonings) tossed on top of freshly picked spinach.

Medium Apple

Lunch
Ckn, kale & carrot soup (mock ckn noodle soup)

Dinner
Not so healthy since we weren't home, a hotdog w/ mustard and an apple (no bread).

Snack
Apple

Dinner
Grilled chicken with a chipotle dip (lemon juice, tomatoes, onion, cilantro)

Ckn breast w/ 1cup cut up cabbage w/ salt

Snack
Tried to make a strawberry drink, didn't work so I was left with only 2 strawberries :lol:

Dinner
Chicken breast w/ hot sauce. Was limited on time so no veggies, just some ckn that was already cooked!

Dinner: Steak w/ baked zucchini (SOOO GOOD)

I've still been eating healthy, just...forgot to put it in the thread! :lol:

Some of the "other" meals I've had is venison burgers w/ lettuce and horseradish/mustard.

I'm eating a lot of shrimp and grilled zucchini and squash at the moment :)

Shrimp has definitely become my new fav! A lot of squash and zucchini as well :)

Still eating healthy! Just haven't been posting it :)

Finally figuring out how to season shrimp properly so the flavor sticks to it :lol:

These past few days, I've been trying a non-meat diet. All I eat is veggie plus fruits. Guess this is good for cleansing, too.
