So here is the chart I've used before if Im cravings certain things. Its pretty cool how the body works!

This is pretty cool. I haven't been craving much lately (except homemade m&m cookies...) And not in excess, but if I do get any cravings, I have to use this!!

This is awesome - I should print it and stick it to my fridge, maybe it will stop me from reaching for the cookies when there are healthy alternatives around!

I've been craving sweet drinks mostly - a lot of fruit juices, lemonade, and... the big one... Coke! YUM. I also can't seem to be happy with my daily limit of caffeine - I just want to drink tea all day long.

Very interesting! I find that I never want water. But I know I need a lot of it right now. Using the lemon really does help!

I know to each their own because of the artificial sweetener - but I use the MIO water enhancer. It doesnt have aspartame so Im game :)

Awesome! I crave sweets quite often even when I'm not pregnant lol. I love juice now which I never wanted before but when I go grocery shopping I come home with like 5 different kinds of juice lol.
