Our community is moderated by our moderation team so you won't see spam or offensive messages posted on our forums. Each of our message boards is hosted by JustMommies hosts, whose names are listed at the top each board. We hope you find our message boards friendly, helpful, and fun to be on!
We are very excited about the new photo gallery feature on JM, but need to make members aware of how the photo uploader feature works on the private forums. Any photo that is uploaded via JustMommies photo uploader is automatically added to the public galleries. We want to make sure that you are aware of this and give you some options to avoid having your photos shared publicly if you post a photo within a private forum. There are two options you can use to share photos privately on the private forums.
1) You can upload your photo via the uploader and then delete it from your public gallery. To do this go to your gallery page. Click on the photo and it will take you to your gallery. Pictures added to posts will be in the My Post Pictures album. From there you will click on edit album and you can delete the photo from your album.
2) Or you can use a photo hosting site like photobucket.com. You can set up a free account with photobucket. Upload your photo to photobucket and then copy and paste the IMG code into your post.
If you have any questions feel free to send a private message to Admin-pattyandthemoos or Admin-Rachel.
Using JustMommies for the first time can be a bit confusing, especially if you’ve never used a message board before. We have a tons of forums as well as member-created social groups. This can be a bit overwhelming and hard to navigate at first. We’ve created a newbie guide to help you get started and answer the most frequently asked questions from our new members. If you have any questions that are not listed in this newbie guide please post them in our Need Help forum. A Moderator or Administrator will be sure to answer your questions. If you can’t post, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and someone from our Admin team will help you out.
