All I want to do is sleep all day! This fatigue is driving me nuts! I miss going to the gym, but everytime I get myself excited to go, I find myself taking a nap! Help me! I have no idea where to find motivation! I used to be able to go to work all day then work out for two hours, now I come home and I'm asleep by like 7:00! I mean should I even feel guilty about not getting to the gym?

you shouldnt feel guilty about not getting to the gym..i no how u feel i was sleeping all the time sometimes 15 or more hours aday...itll let up
Oh honey, you have nothing to feel guilty about. This is your body's way of telling you that you NEED this extra sleep. It should get better in the second trimester, so in the meantime, just listen to your body. Sleep sleep sleep!
When you do get your energy back, make sure you talk to your doc about exercising though, ok? There are some limitations to what you should be doing at the gym. Your doc will give you all the details.
Get as much rest as you can and don't worry about sleeping too much. Sleeping is a good thing right now.
Don't feel guilty! I couldn't find motivation all throughout pregnancy and I still can't even after the baby has arrived. She takes so much out of me I have to sleep a lot during the day so I can keep on moving and not get stressed out. I feel like I'll never get enough sleep as long as I live!
I know what you mean! I'm almost 22 weeks and I'm still waiting for this burst of energy everyone keeps telling me about! In the meantime I'm sleeping whenever I can![/b]
im going on 7 months...and never got that burst yet! im so tired from work I cant do anything when i get hope but sleep....and the only comfy position now is laying down because my back kills when i sit, my feet kill when i stand..lol it will be over soon enough!
