Hi,
I'm 17 and my boyfriend is 19, and I'm pretty sure I might be pregnant but I'm not sure if I'm just worrying myself or not.
My last period was the 20th of Dec, and we had unprotected sex the 27th and then again on the 4th of Jan, and lately I've been super tired, and if I eat, I feel sick afterwards or when I'm gettin ready for school in the morning, I feel nausea. My boobs have been sore alot too lately, and I usually sleep on my stomach but lately I can't stand to because there is pain when I do, I'm not sure if I could be or not, I know that theres a high chance cause it was unprotected but I don't know if those are all signs of pregnancy or whether I was fertile or not. I'm pretty scared about it, because me and my boyfriend aren't even suppose to be dating because my parents hate him, and if I am their gonna know that we're still together, and I don't know how he'll react to me being pregnant, if i am.
I'm due for my period the end of this week (around the 20th) so it's not late as of yet, but when is a good time to take a pregnancy test??

Any Advice would be great.

hi swetty, it does sound like you could be you can take a test (first respons pregnancy test) about 4 to 5 days before you're period is even due. if you are im sure even though they hate you're b/f and you're young they will be there for you there you're parent's. is this you're last yr of school??

Well,
I took the test when I was only 4 days late. And it came out very positive. I would get a test that has two sticks. Take one now and if it's negative, wait a week and if your period still doesn't come, take the test again.
As for your situation, honey, try not to stress too much about it. Sure, your parents may hate this guy, but if you're preggers, they'll love this baby whoever the father is. No matter what happens, there are so many programs and support groups that will help you out, especially if you need help telling your parents. In fact, your guidance counsellor at school may be able to help if you are pregnant.
Good luck honey! Keep us posted!

Brigitte

The only way you can know for sure is to take a test. Good luck and be sure to use protection the next time around if it comes out negative!!!
