I actually tested with the cheapest one at the store...it even came with two tests in one box. Cost me about $9.00 But it came out positive right away for me, and then I did the second test a few hours later and that one was also accurate. If you're not sure though, best bet is to see your doc!!
Good luck!

I paid $16 CDN for FirstResponse...... I wanted one that I could use before my period was due.......

I got a BFP on the first test and then booked a doctor's appointment later on that day to confirm....

The remaining test is in my glovebox... lol

I bought first (from walmart) the kind that shows up saying "Pregnant" "Not pregnant" (8-10$$)and it was off-brand i think, on the day i was supposed to have my period. Showed up pregnant which was correct. Tried a few days to a week later with a really cheap brand i think...even the cheap ones seem to be just as accurate as the more expensive ones. As long as you read the directions (2-3 times over for me ) i have never misused one except when i couldn't possibly pee enough!!

I used ClearBlue the one that says Pregnant or Not Pregnant. They seemed to be very accurate!

i used the clear blue and it came up positive and i didnt believe it so i took a couple of more and they were all positive..you could buy the cheapest one or the most expensive i think the cheapest one would work just as well as the one that cost more..maybe you tested to early...

i'm with ella- went to the doc. i thought i was dying and turns out i'm just knocked up! if you tested neg and your period is already late, then the odds of you being pregnant are only .01%.

I used $4 Family Dollar brand and got an afp.

I went to the dr the next day to make sure it was accurate.

Family Dollar brand has always been accurate for me....good thing it's so cheap!

I used First Response. It came out quick. I didn't quite trust it (previous experiences with EPT which I will never use again) so I went to the doctor, and they did a blood test, and that confirmed it.
