For those of you who had/have unplanned pregnancies and were using contraception that failed, what were you using?

I know nothing works 100 percent of the time but i am curious to know what methods seem to fail most often.

Stupidity...does that count? I was pretty good at predicting my fertility with my daughter (when I was trying to get pg)...even down to trying for a girl. Since she was born, I was keeping tabs on my CM. Guess it's not very clear when BFing...because I never saw anything close to fertile CM since my last normal AF

Lurking here...but #1 was Femcon FE birth control pills...#2 was the vaginal contraceptive film. We also knew it had a crappy prevention rate..but we thought we were avoiding the most fertile times of the month anyway..obviously we were wrong.
