I need some advice

I have pretty irregular periods. They usually start anywhere from the 14th of the month through the 30th of the month. I get very mild cramps, tiredness, and bloating.

We have been very careful about using protection since I am not on bc. But we've had a series of odd condom events (like one becoming SUPER stretched out) and we managed to notice one had broken and got a new one. So, we're pretty nervous about all this and have been discussing other alternatives.

Anyway, I haven't gotten my period yet but I've been feeling unwell. My breasts are super sore, I'm beyond cranky, my skin is breaking out, headaches, and bloating. I've never had the majority of these symptoms before or during my period! Two days ago I noticed unusual discharge, way different than the usual - it was super wet and runny. I thought I had gotten my period but when I went to the bathroom it was just that! Today I had really faint cramping and nausea. But still no period.

So I took a preg. test and it came up negative. Would it be to early to tell? Should I wait until I am a few days fast the 30th to test again?

I'm trying to keep really relaxed so I don't make my period even later, and my bf and I have decided that I would stay away from all the college vices & smoking (casual smoker) until we are positive what is going on.

Thanks!

I would just wait about a week after the 30th and if you don't have it by then I would retest if you still get a neg. I would make a dr appointment and get a blood test and that should tell you. But I would stay away from all vices until you get your period. Just because no test is 100% I had a blood test with my son and I was already 2 months pregnant but all the test said neg. Just be cautious sweetie. Hope you get whatever outcome you are wanting.

You should take a home pregnancy test or see a Dr. Most colleges have free or low pay clinics for their students so take advange of it.

Thank you!

I did another test this morning and thought I saw a verrrrrry faint line, but it could be my eyes playing tricks on me (or, after having looked more on these forums, an evap line).

This wait is killing me haha!

The day after your expected period should be able to give a good clear result. Take it easy and baby dust to you!
