I am 12 wks along with my first baby. I am in shape, have been doing yoga and pilates several times a wk for years. So, I thought maybe I wouldn't show until later on. I can definitely tell that I am preg. and my clothes are starting to get tight even though I've lost a few pounds from morning sickness.
Hey Jenn. I am not "in shape". I don't have a 6 pack or anything, but I'm not huge either. I had a roll or 2 just like anybody, but nothing major pre-pregnancy. At around 12ish weeks I had to go buy bigger clothes and then right around 17.5-18 weeks I "popped" and finally started getting the preggo belly. Everyone is different, so no worries. But I can tell you that my clothes started getting smaller almost IMMEDIATELY after finding out it seemed! Well, good luck!!
I didn't start showing until I was 6 MONTHS!! And even then my belly was teeny tiny. My doc sent me to get ultrasounds because they thought the baby was underdeveloped, but everything turned out fine! Yaaa...I mean, even now if I wear a big sweater or jacket, you can barely notice.
It used to upset me, because nobody could tell I was pregnant!
I started showing around 10/11 weeks...I really POPPED at 14 weeks, and now at 17 weeks there's no way I can hide that I'm preggo! I'm pretty small, though (was 98lbs pre-pregnancy), so I'm sure I showed so early b/c the baby had nowhere else to go but out! lol
