I had this weird shooting pain for ear to ear recently so I asked my doctor about it and she ran some tests and the end result, noduels, and the only way to get rid of them is sugery Which sucks because I'm sorta pregnant so I'll probably have to wait until the baby is born but my doctor said that if it goes untreated any longer I could have serious vocal problems

Wow I'm really sorry to hear about that. Was there anything else that you could do (maybe medicine or something) that might slow down the problems it could cause your speech until you are able to have surgery? I will definitely be keeping you in my prayers!!

Good luck! I hope they can suggest something that will help in the meantime! I was reading over the link you attached and I'm totally freaked out now! It says that vocal abuse can cause this, and singing is on their list of vocal abuse! I'm a singer, was in a band for a while, and I practice everyday for at least an hour or two...What if I'm at risk too? I'd die if I lost my ability to sing!
I hope that they can treat this before it become permanent. Let us know how the apt goes, and I'm sending you some good luck vibes! Rub that belly for me! Take care!

Thanks hun, I'm a singer too, I was also in a band and me and my sister are supposed to be singing for this big holiday performance. I don't think you're at risk, but you should talk to your doctor and ask for them to check for it turns into nodules.
