I was just curious to if this is normal or not. i am 2 months along and about a week ago i started getting the oh so wonderful morning sickness, but i get sick ALL day long until I go to bed. But my main question is there re days when i can eat foods and be fine and just when i get morning sickness nothing but liquids will come up, but then again there are days that i can't eat anything right because i will either finish the meal/food or only get half way through eating it and i feel sick. Then i go running for the bathroom and there is the food that i was eating or just ate. why can't i seem to keep things down. I figured maybe its the food. But it seems to be happening on any food. one day it will be fine and the next it doesnt go good. Like yesterday morning when i got up i ate an apple, was fine and everything. then this morning when i got up, thinking being i was able to eat an apple yesterday i should today. I didnt even get to finish it becaue half way through eating it i felt sick and started throwing up. Not sure what to do, or what to eat to help my stomach keep foods it it. Any suggestions?

i found that fresh ginger in a glass of ginger ale that has real ginger in it any way helps alot dont put too much and unless your brave dont eat the fresh ginger by itself its really really strong and some people say it burns their mouths but you can buy ginger roots at your grocery store normally and you only need like a litle slice and so far the only ginger ale ive found at teh grocery store with ginger inn it is vernor's i found this out cause ive always gotten sick really easy and the stomach flu is the worst so in all my studies of herbs this has been one of the most useful

eat very small meals and many of them, even if you wake up in the middle of the night eat a few crackers or something of the like. and sometimes when you cook something let it sit infront of you for 5 min. so you get used to the smell of it than eat slowly. I still get sick and i'm 13 weeks. just the other day i was sick for 24 hours and i could barely eat anything. just take your time and don't worry it is normal. also sometimes try eating crackers in the morning before you even get out of bed so the crackers can suck up anything in your tummy that may cause you to get sick.
