Good question. My vitamins are called Ethex, but I have no idea what is in them (I'm bad I know). I have taken the same ones for all of my pregnancies.

I can't take the prenatal vitamins my doctor gave me. I'm allergic. I have to drink these horrible nasty drinks that have vitamins in them. They are gross.

i want to take some vitamins but i dont know what to look for. i'd prefer not to take the ones specifically for pregnancy, as i'm already on supplements the doctor gave me, such as iron and calcium. too much of them could be dangerous so i wanna leave them out.

I'm bad and haven't been taking mine. Mostly because every time I do, it seems to coincide with a day that I'm throwing up so I just don't take them. I'm planning to talk to the doctor about it on Tuesday at my next appt, since I have an incredibly naggy bf.

You can get a multi vitamin, like centrum that doesnt have the added Iron, but does have Folic Acid, which is supposed to be very important for prego women. And now are finding out very good for women in general, prego or not.

i was thinking that, but i was just wondering if theres anything in particular that baby needs. folic acid is one of the ones i take seperately.

i might ask the doctor do i even need a vitamin supplement or has she put me on them all seperately.
