This may sound really silly but I'm kind of worried I'm not drinking enough. Before I found out I was pregnant I used to drink a lot of soda, mostly diet, but now that I can't have soda I'm drinking water, milk and juice. Usually I drink 2-3 bottles (500 ml) of water a day along with a glass of milk and some juice, although it does depends on the day and how thirsty I am. But I don't think I'm drinking enough water, how much should I be drinking? (Sorry if its one of those "eye rolling questions" I just want to make sure I'm doing the best I can for this baby.)
They tell you to drink 8 glasses of water a day but it doesn't mean to drink 8 glasses of water because food you eat and the juices you drink have water in them. You're drinking plenty of water don't worry. As long as you're eating well enough with it!!
