I don't get any assistance from the government. I'm trying to get Medi-Cal because I'm still paying for my hospital bills from my first daughter's daughters birth 5 years ago. That stuff adds up and is hard to pay down! But other than that, it's all on me. Day care assistance would be great but here, unless you're on welfare, the waiting period is something like 2 or 3 years. I was paying $400 a month for PART TIME day care, just 3 days a week and that was hard. I found this great, great school that worked with my income so, I'm only paying $200 for the same 3 days at a way better school. Maybe you could call around, see if any schools like that are in your area. They didn't advertise that or anything, I just called and asked. Goodluck finding a better school... hopefully something affordable!
