I was approved for the time I was pregnant... since then I've been fighting tooth and nail to get coverage... it seems like my local office is full of imcompentent monkeys. My current case worker told me I earned too much money to qualify. I was working between 15-20 hours per week, at $8.50 per hour.... what he didn't realize was that my paychecks were bi-weekly, and he just assumed they were weekly. If he had taken the 2 seconds it took to look at the pay periods he would have realized that and saved us all that wasted time.

Yeah pretty much. I am supposed to get a letter (no idea how long that will take) so I can go talk to a caseworker. I qualify due to a disability but I moved so I had to close the case in the other state and then open another here...grr...
