having a two week old baby is really demanding time wise, so i'm not on JM much. I dont have time to go thru all the new posts so i'll just welcome all the newbies at once!

WELCOME!

a quick update on me and jake. i gave up breastfeeding. we were having lots of problems and when we werent he was nursing all day long. i was getting so upset that i couldnt do it right and that was making jake upset. i did it for 13 days and i think that he got plenty of goodness from that. formula is formula, not rat poison!
he was weighed today. he's gone from 9lbs 3oz last tues to 10lb 2oz today.

i'm exhausted and have little or no time to do anything, but i've never been so happy in my life.

whats been going on with you? tell me all the news!

I'm so glad you are doing so well, Robyn! I'm sorry you were not able to tackle breastfeeding. I'm sure you are disappointed but there is absolutely nothing wrong with formula. Definitely not rat poison. I'm glad you are happy even though you are dead tired and don't have much time to do anything. Babies need a lot of attention and take up a lot of your time. Go Jake for getting so big! He's going to be in college before you know it.

Joshua is still in the NICU. He will be for a little while. He's shown significant improvement though. He's such a sweet little angel and I love him so much. I can't wait to bring him home. I am pumping and doing very well with that.
