For those of us who have chosen to go along with our Pregnancies whether it's the first time
or our 2nd,3rd etc.. How do you handle the stress and taking time out for yourself?
I enjoy listening to music and dancing with my 20 month old grandson Julian, I also
play ps2 and believe it or not I still get out coloring books and crayons or sometimes
I just read a book.
I still enjoy coloring books as well, but I haven't gotten around to it lately. I don't know yet how to handle the stress (read: hormones) with which I've been afflicted the last couple of weeks. One thing I'm doing to cope (and also, just because I'm burnt out) is quitting school. I have a full time job and I've already got a B.S. and an MBA - I decided getting an Associates in theatre is just not worth the time and energy right now.
