Hi ladies

My period is 3 or 4 days late, so I tested & got two positives! I don't have any symptoms, so don't really feel as though this is happening. My last pregnancy, in October, was an ectopic, so I don't really know how I feel... I'm just hoping as hard as I can, that this baby has implanted in the right place. The thought of another ectopic terrifies me.

I have a daughter - Gaby, who is 14 months old in 2 days time..... My boyfriend doesn't know yet, I want to wait & see what happens over next couple of days. though I'll probably end up telling him tomorrow...

Congrats Emma! I hope this one is in the right place for you! I think you should tell Kai by wrapping up a baby bottle or something for him for Christmas with a positive test inside! GL!

thanks Sara... that is a good idea for how to tell him... but I'm not sure how he's going to react, so hmm... I really don't know when to tell him....

I have rung a midwife & she's getting back to me over the next few days... and in the meantime, I might arrange to see the doctor & have an initial hcg draw done..... and then hope with all my might the second number is a lot larger!

thank you all for your replies..

I told my boyfriend (Kai), and he said "oh".. LOL.... not 'running away scared' "oh".. but very unexpected "oh".. He told me that he would prefer that I *wasn't* pregnant - and when I'm honest about it, I feel the same way... but we know that it's happened and we have to make the most of it.
