Hey guys. I too am carrying an unplanned baby, but we are now very excited. My husband and I have two children already and weren't planning on having anymore. In fact, I was on birth control when I conceived. I will be 13 weeks pregnant tomorrow and have become very attached the growing baby inside me. Last night at about midnight I went to the bathroom and when I wiped, there was some very light red colored blood on the toilet paper. It hasn't been there since and I've had no cramping or anything else that I am concerned about. I am just wondering if anyone else has experienced anything similar??? Any bleeding is worrisome. Thanks!

I also became pregnant while on the pill. Around week 11 (a Friday night) I was spotting and cramping pretty heavily at some points. I called my doctor and he said not to worry too much, but then did schedule me to come in for an ultrasound on Monday. I went in and learned that everything was ok. Apparently it was what they called implantation bleeding.
I hope everything is going well for you! Good luck

Well, I am no expert, but I just have a feeling that you are fine. This is your third baby, and you are already 13 weeks along. I think that the risk for miscarriage is highest in the first trimester, and since you are in the second trimester now, you will probably be fine. If you are really worried, you should call your doctor.
