I was just wondering, being that I have to wear my Maternity's already, at work (nice pre-preg clothes make me look fat, now, around the midsection), how long it took/is taking all of you to wear Maternity's and/or get your symptoms?

With my first, I started feeling utterly sick at 4 weeks, at 4 months I had a definite belly.

With my second (8 months later) I feel kinda sick at 7 weeks and my belly is already poking out enough that I've got a bit more than a "pooch", but I wouldn't call it "definately pregnant".

Did this happen to anyone else or am I just kinda odd?

Thanks!

I was the same way. I'm showing sooner this time and I was carrying twins last time, so thats depressing. But it is normal to not be as sick, though some people are, since your body is a little more used to HCG, and to get big faster since all those muscles aren't as tight as they use to be.

I appreciate the response. I keep looking in the mirror at my burgeoning bulge with awe and fear.

Hi...

With my first pregnancy I started showing at about 5 months and really popped out at about 6 months.

With my second pregnancy I started showing right away and when I was 4 months preggo,I was already looking like I did during the 8 month of my first pregnancy! Everyone could notice right away with my second pregnancy that I was preggo.

I have to admit that I LOVED my big belly!
