How well does your little one share toys? Do they share at play groups, daycare, school, with siblings?

If they have issues with sharing how do go about encouraging sharing toys?

L and R seem to think anything they've looked at or even thought of that day is "theirs". I try to get them to take turns but often I take the toy away for a bit until they've forgotten about it. A is great at sharing at home and at school.

I guess my boys share the best they can for their age. We are trying to teach Aiden to share with his younger brother. Of course Preston doesn't' understand sharing. I don't know if Aiden shares well at daycare. I do know that he has been bitten or hit because another child want his toys and Aiden will not give it up. The teacher said they one the same number of same toys per child.

At home... We are working with Aiden to share with Preston. If Preston is playing with a toy, we will not let Aiden take it. Normally if Preston is playing with a toy it is all of sudden his toy. Its the same when Aiden has a toy and Preston want it but we tell Aiden to give Preston another toy. That normally works.

My kids share quite well, although they definitely have their days.
