Amazon.com: Healthy Cooking for Two (or Just You): Low-Fat Recipes with Half the Fuss and Double the Taste (9780875964485): Frances Price: Books

Also, this is actually my FAVORITE cookbook. I can still use it since the boys are still small, but most of the recipes double quite well, or can be made for four!

That's great thanks!
I hate how so many things make 8 servings...really?? How many people actually need 8 servings?

Lol... Growing up, my family needed more than eight servings. But yeah, seriously, that's why I LOVE that one. Except I generally like, double the spices, they're kind of bland for my tastes.

Haha sorry, I can kind of talk about cooking forever.

Jack is the best sleeper ever. I am so happy, but I'm sure IF I convince DH on #4 that one will never sleep.

Taylor has been the DEVIL the last 2 days. Trying to deal with her feels like I'm running in circles and all I do is discipline and yell. I feel so burned out. I'm about to let the girls out of their room... PLEASE let Taylor be half decent today or this mommy is going to have a breakdown LoL

I hope she's better today Lisa!

Liam has been a mess for a few months now. He has these breakdowns when you walk by/away but he hates to be held. He has a DR appointment today to evaluate whether or not there's more to it and his other issues (specifically speech) or if it's just normal Liam.

I don't want something to be wrong with him. I feel like my poor kids can't catch a break with all the medical issues. Then I feel guilty because DH's family has no medical issues and I'm covered in them, plus I'm adopted so we don't know if my birth family had these types of issues. I just feel bad.

Aww, poor Liam! And poor Amanda! Hopefully it's just a bit of sibling rivalry or being-a-one-year-old. But whatever the case may be, I'm sure you'll deal with it well. Thoughts are with you!

Well the appointment went awful. We're being referred to a pediatric neurologist. I don't really want to talk about it.

I'm working on Reagan's Preschool-3 curriculum for homeschool starting in July. Super exciting.

Awesome I'll start preparing Taylor's stuff in July for a September start for pre-k 4. Rylie is starting to want to do school too and has picked up a few shapes in the last few days so I'll be starting her with stuff as well

That's great Lisa!

I'm not sure if you use books but I got this (Amazon.com: The Complete Resource Book for Preschoolers: An Early Childhood Curriculum With Over 2000 Activities and Ideas (9780876591956): Pam Schiller, Kay Hastings: Books) off Amazon and LOVE it. A lot of them are group activities but really could be made to one. For our first 9 weeks (I'm doing curriculum 9 weeks at a time I've decided) we're doing the Unit Gotta Be Me and it has subjects like Physical Me, Thinking Me, and all five senses. And each of them have little activities.

I'm trying to decide if I can do anything with Liam if he's not talking.

Any ideas??

I mean I guess I could show him pictures and even if he doesn't talk he could learn them and pick the one I asked for out of a group??
