Welcome!!
So DH is officially gone. It could be until June when I see him again, but he may get to visit once in between. Either way, it's already been since July 2010, so this is pretty old.
I'm trying to focus on my weight loss between now and then. As of this morning I'm down 32lbs of the 35lbs I gained with Jack. I want to lose that, plus 22lbs from Liam, plus 18 more just because.

Hi Kristina nice to have you with us!!
Amanda you have done amazing with your weightloss, i don't know how you do it with three so young, what is your secret? where do you get the energy from? lol i can't believe you were still exercising at 9 months pregnant! I like to use the excuse that i am too tired to exercise, but i can't now as you can do it with three so young

Amanda, it must be hard raising your 3 beautiful children alone... Do you have family near by to help out? My 2 boys can drive me crazy. I couldn't imagine doing it alone.

Iron. I've always been anemic and taking it upped my energy so much. Plus, my husband is gone so much that I end up with more extra time than you would think, after bedtime in particular.

My mom helps me a lot. I don't know how I'd do it without her.

I'm anemic too and I'm supposed to be taking iron but I don't. Maybe I will start , I would love to have some energy! I feel drained the minute I wake up from a full nights sleep!

Yeah I've never taken it consistently before and it really makes a huge difference for me. I take a regular multi, calcium, B complex, and iron.

^^ Yeah I still get confused when the kids are in bed and there's nothing to do because he's gone lol. Hopefully once we get in our own house in the next few months he'll be home most nights (though it looks like he may be working 12 hour overnight shifts).

I love the shred. It kicks my butt every time I do it. I really need to remember taking my vitamins.

I should get my iron level checked. I don't eat red meat so it could be low and that could be part of the reason I'm so tired. Or because of 2 kids that wake in the night, whichever!!
I seriously don't have time to work out right now. I USUALLY get a bit of time in the afternoon, IF Adrik naps when the other 2 do. But he's not on a schedule yet so that's hit and miss. And then he tends not to go to bed til 9:30 at the earliest and I have no desire to exercise then, I'd rather sleep!

I am thinking maby taking a hot bubble bath while sipping rum and coke after the kids go to bed I haven't done that since before I had Dillan!
The shred is amazing!!! I am so sore from it right now haha it is only my second day lol but wow! love it so far! haha
it has only been the past 2 months that I have had time to work out but even so it is hit and miss, I do my work out in the afternoon as soon as Chase and Brianna go for a nap, Dillan will watch a movie or play with his v reader game it is only a 28 min work out so not to bad. After I am done then it is mommy and Dillan time

Level one is about 28 min dunno what level 2 and 3 are haven't tried them yet haha you do the levels until they start to get easier then you go to the next one up. It is a really good work out, no breaks the entire time but that is because it is ment to get results quick..I am loving it!

I am waiting for my 20 day Shred DVD to come in the mail from Amazon. I borrowed it from the library first. i need to practive doing push ups!!! I thought I could do it early in the day with Scarlett around but she gets in my space. I really don't want to do it at 2om when they nap because I want to scrapbook! Ok and half the time I still nap if Beau or I have a rough night.

All 3 level are around 28 mins long. It rotates between strength, cardio and abs. Its 3-2-1 with 3 rotations. I never stick with it for 30 days but then I also run so I try to do it a few times a week and run on other days too.
