Sophia (5 wks) of course gets lots of cuddle time anyway, when she's with Daddy or sleeping I try to spend some time with the older kids, and Troy and I switch off with them so they each some time with each of us.

I really let them guide how much of me they want, some are needier than others at different stages, the oldest needs less during the day, but I make sure we have extra time together at nice when he goes to bed later than the other kids

They get ACTUAL one on one time rarely on a normal day but I make a point of having a "date day" with a kid every month or so, where it's just me and them all day doing stuff together, and my mom looks after the others.

Me and rhianna get one on one time every afternoon when Lucas/Lacey naps... Lucas gets one on one when the girls are at nursery/school..but Lacey doesn't really get it as the others are up when she is, when she gets home from nursery i have lucas too, she doesn't seem bothered by it at the moment, maybe because she is only 3 but as she gets older i will probably do as Leah does and do date days.
