It's part of our bedtime routine. DH and I are both usually home so he gives the boys baths in one bathroom and I give the girls a shower (which is what they prefer right now) in another bathroom.

I used to bath all at night just after supper, but now I do it first thing in the am since they all smell like pee from night diapers. All four go into their kids' bathtub, they splash and make a mess, I send the two bigs out to dress, then get the two little out and dressed, then we're all off to breakfast and they smell like baby lotion all day!

Alyssa and Rylan take showers, usually every second night (more often if they need it). Alyssa goes in first and then out to get dressed while Rylan gets in. Sophia obviously still takes baths in her baby tub.

ours bathe together every night as part of bedtime routine but they also get baths during the day if they get really messy or something.
