Do you have snack time in your house? how often, what do you give? We never really did snack time here but Lucas has such a big appetite, he always wants to eat, i don't know how often i should give him snack, and how much.
we do 2 snacks a day here, all 3 are big eaters and quite active so I think they need it, and they always eat thier meals.
Morning snack 10:15am
Afternoon snack 3:15pm
Dinner between 5-5:30pm
Brianna will have a snack when she wakes up from her nap as long as it isn't past 4pm then she waits till supper. tomes varry depending onthe day and if we are out and about but generaly they eat around those times.
Morning snacks usualy consist of a piece of fruit, cheese, crackers, yogurt, granola bar ect. Aftenoon snack vegis and dip, cheese, crackers, maby some pepperoni, cookie(homemade), muffin ect the kids really like what we call ants on a log I spread peanut butter on celery and top it with raisins also I sometimes put a peice of pepperoni or summer sausage place it on a triscuit cracker and top with a peice of cheese, melt in the microwave for 30 sec or so I have also added pasta sauce on the cracker before the meat for a little triscuit pizza thing they love those!

We have a snack at 10ish. I usually give some fruit and then either a couple rice cakes, homemade muffin/loaf, yogurt, homemade "trail mix" (which is a coupel of the following: different cereals, alphabet pretzels, goldfish crackers, teddy grahams, dried cranberries/apricots/raisins) or a special k bar/bear paw.
