i do the school run three times a day so plenty of walking lol its just the eating im not good with, im going back on the diet milkshakes (2 a day then main meal and healthy snacks in between) i really don't have to much to lose but i want to be as skinny as possible before getting pregnant so that i don't put "extra" on.. really going to watch what i eat next pregnancy!
lol no, no we don't i know some who manage to eat healthy all the way out (how they do that, i do not know!) but no sweets, cakes or anything rubbish.. everything is salad, veggies, meat! but i guess they look the better ones for it
