Just wanted to let everyone know that i'm going to L&D once our sitter gets here. I've been contracting since about 1:00, they stopped for maybe an hour and i thought things would be good but then they started again. They are anywhere from 2-5 min apart and painful, along with them i have tons of pressure. Im hoping its nothing, i will update my facebook if i can from there, i don't get good service but i will try. Please say a prayer that our little boy stays put!
*UPDATE*
So i'm home now, still contracting they have a good NICU at the hospital so they don't stop labor after 34 weeks, so i guess its a waiting game now. They said if they get anymore painful or closer together then to come back. They did check my cervix and its 1 1/2cm and 25% effaced, baby is low as well. I really think i'll be lucky if i make it another 2 weeks, which is what i'm hoping for. I just hope the contractions go away and i can actually get some sleep tonight.
I was following this on facebook. I htink its crazy they don't stop labour just because they have a good NICU! But i guess you just need to trust your healthcare team.
Denise, I can relate to trying to get some sleep at night. I had a ruff night last night myself.. My contractions woke me up 4 times last night.. I really hope you get some rest and I hope little man stays put for you!!! You will be in my prayers!!!
Ack what is it with all these Dec babies wanting to have Nov as their bday month?? I hope the contractions completely stop for you and you get him to stay put for another 2-3 weeks!!
