HAHA! lol, I am proud to have my own word! I am a pioneer.

Did you know that just about EVERYONE I know uses the word "normalcy"...and it actually isn't a word? It was made up by a late president...the correct word is "normality"...

So maybe I am going to be that pioneer to make "scientifical" a frequently used word one day!!

In my defense, lmao, I just left my English class (honors nonetheless), fuzzy-brained and mad at the world, and it is getting late...

ETA: Hey, I just looked it up...it is a word!
[/b][/quote]
I finally found it too!!! But you can have the word as your very own anyway.
Isn't it weird that I have never heard of that word?

That's it! I think we should totally derail this thread right now, and have a spelling bee!! Pro-lifers against the Pro-Choicers!

I may be pregnant now and while looking up where I would be in my pregnancy it said just what I have been
Baby Development

At the moment of your baby's conception sperm meets egg in the fallopian tube and the( miracle of life )begins. Several sperm may penetrate the egg's outer layer, but only one sperm will enter the ovum and fertilize it. At the moment of conception, your baby's gender is determined based on the sex chromosomes in the father's sperm.

saying about when life begins. It is just from a pregnancy and parenting site so it is not biased. It is from pregnancy weekly.

That is an opinion. Just because it is from a pregnancy website does not make it a fact. There is no concrete answer to when life begins and until God himself comes down to earth and holds a press conference to clear up the confusion, there never will be.

I don't understand how you can say that, when babies are born and survive at 27 weeks and up.If the baby is a human at 27 weeks then what makes them any more human at 39 or 40 weeks? There is alot of age between 27 and 39 weeks. I don't want to hear about the quality of life either because my friends sister just had her baby by emergency at 27 weeks in January and she was only in the hospital for a few weeks and is doing great.[/b]
Most elective abortions don't happen in the 27th week. Elective abortions usually occur with in the first trimester. Almost everything beyond is for the health & life of the mother or if the fetus has abnormalities. At that point no one is saying that the fetus isint a human organism...just that the life of the mother takes presidence over the gestation of the fetus.

I consider a baby a life when it is even remotely possible for them to survive if born even with whatever help required i would guess not sure but this would be around 20 weeks?? Before this if something where to happen to mum or early labour etc the baby wouldnt be alive
