I'm not cheering, but I'm not crying either. Even if the voters had passed it, it would have been struck down as unconstitutional. so IMO it was a wasted effort.

You know, that's part of the reason so many pro-choicers were upset in the first place.. Doesn't the government have enough to worry about aside from women's reproductive organs?
