Try to find a prenatal yoga class rather than a normal one. They cater to pregnant women of all stages, and tailer all the poses to fit your needs. I LOVE my prenatal yoga and encourage everyone interested to check it out

I´ve been doing yoga for ages now (bare minimum, I´m not a "yogui") but changed my power yoga classes for prenatal yoga. It is really the best for pg women and it helps a lot with the stretching and relaxation techniques.
I go twice a week and it feels great!

I've been doing some prenatal yoga too, though my favourite is Bikram-style hot yoga. There are many postures in varying styles that you shouldn't do when pregnant, so I'd also recommend making sure it's a prenatal yoga and you'll be fine. I bet you'll feel awesome

I dont do it (I have a prenatal yoga DVD but never get around to it) BUT Ive heard great things! Ive heard it helps with back pain and siatic never pain and it helps stretch you and build up ab muscles to help push baby out! Never heard a bad thing about it and its never too late to start. Just start slowly (so you wont hurt yourself) and build up. Then you can also do it after baby is born. Some gyms around here offer mommy and baby yoga classes that you take with your baby.
