Wanted to share my good customer service experience with diapers.com! So I placed a pretty big order on Wednesday night -- diapers, teething gel, tabs, a tub seat...Spent about $109.00.
It as supposed to ship Thursday for delivery on Friday. Friday night at 8pm my delivery still hadn't come, so I looked it up online and said it should have been there. So, I picked up the phone and called. The lady said there must have been a problem, and it shipped out Friday instead. I expressed some disappointment b/c I REALLY needed the diapers and now was going to have to go out late at night and buy diapers. Without hesitation she said they would be refunding me the ENTIRE amount for the box of diapers (About $35) for my inconvenience, but I would STILL be getting the shipment! So, I basically got a box of huggies for free!!! What great customer service!! I was so stoked!
