I started Savannah on solids yesterday. She really seemed to be ready, had really been watching us eat intently...so we went for it. I think it all went real well, I am really glad for our decision not to wait any longer.
that was so adorable
I can not wait until my daughter can sit up on her own She only needs little support now, but she is only 5 months old.
Savannah does very well sitting up on her own for the most part BUT if she gets distracted gnawing on a toy or something of the sort, she will lose her balance and fall straight over. It is very nerve racking...she needs a helmet for these times because as close as we watch/monitor her...we aren't always close enough to grab her when she falls.
