I am so ticked off. It took me so long to figure out what stroller I wanted. It finally came down to the Tike Tech City x3 and the Bob Revolution. The Tike Tech was $50 cheaper and I really liked the looks of it so I went w/ it and am now so sorry that i did.

We have had problem after problem with the front swivel wheel. First we would be moving along and it would randomly turn itself in 1 direction and stick that way...so here you are walking along and all of a sudden you are going in circles trying to get the **** thing straightened back. FINALLY got that adjusted and now the entire front wheel assembly acts as if it is drunk 1/2 the time. Pushing along nicely and all of a sudden the wheel starts wobbling and bouncing around everywhere. *sigh*

I have been emailing w/ Tike Tech and they want me to send the stroller back..ME paying for shipping (again!) ..fine and dandy, whatever to get it fixed. BUT they say it is a 4-5 week turn around!!??? Uhmm...hello???? 4-5 WEEKS!!?? NOW I am going to have to buy another stroller to last me until this stupid piece of crap comes back.

I LOVE this stroller when the wheel is working properly. It pushes along SO smoothly...but again, WHEN it is working. WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!

Ugh, thats frustrating! I cant believe they are expecting you to pay for shipping, What do they expect you to do for 4-5 weeks??? I would keep calling and trying to speak to someone who can actually "help" you..

I am planning to call and try to speak to an actual person tomorrow. We use the stroller every day-even w/ the problems it has. Going 4-5 weeks w/out one is just unacceptable.

They totally need to do something about that! and NOT at your expense! I hate bad customer service, I think its sad that companies can get away with things like this..
