I am SUCH a slacker in the food dept when it comes to Major. Most days he only gets formula. I had daycare stop feeding him purees. I plan to do a massive grocery haul this weekend and stock up on stuff he can eat. We seriously have no baby appropriate food in the house.

I never thought to do this, what a fantastic idea!!!! I have a can of Minestrone in the pantry and that would probably be a good little meal for Major. Pasta pieces, carrots, beans, etc. I am gonna give it to him tomorrow and see how he likes it. That would make such an easy dinner on hectic nights! And there are so many choices available.

It's perfect for busy days---everything diced and soft.

Umm....she doesn't eat much other than breastmilk, she's not too in to food yet. She did have a few bites as snacks (a little brown rice cereal mixed with fresh apple puree, 2 rice rusks and a piece of a granny smith apple). She usually only gets veggies, but she seemed to like the apples.

Just breastmilk. We're postponing food due to lack of interest.

So far just rice cereal made with formula. I told DF to give her sweet corn casserole that I left out. Dinner will be peas and sweet potatoes with turkey leftover from the other night.
