In Block 2 we do 5 weeks of Med/Surg, 5 weeks of OBGYN and 5 weeks of Peds. I will have lecture every Tuesday, Pharmacology every Friday and my clinicals are on Sat/Sun. The weekend clinicals suck because I'm not sure if I have a sitter for those days and also because I have to be there at 6am and I live an hour away. BUT its only for 4 weekends, so it will go by quickly. I try not to complain about anything because I am so lucky to be in the program I am in. It's going to be a rough Block but I will survive. I'm glad I have a few months off to recharge.

There are 4 Blocks. They are each like 15 weeks long. We have summers off and I graduate December of 2012.
I have worked Med/Surg for the past 4 years, so those 5 weeks will probably be a snooze fest but I am excited for OBGYN and Peds. This might sound weird but in OB I am going to have to check people for dilation and go thru the whole birthing process, and I am looking forward to checking people so I can see what the RN was feeling when she was checking me.
