How do you dispense medications for your LO?

I'm sure most only use tylenol/motrin, but do you use a cup, spoon, dropper, syringe?

i dispense meds with a syringe...and lots of force. he will flat out fight me. i usually need help and i typically have to shove it down his throat so that he'll swallow & not spit it out.

I use the dropper or syringe. Its a fight unless he remembers that he likes the flavor. At this point, a medicine cup wouldn't work at all. I would probably be wearing it.

I use both a dropper and a syringe. And it's usulaly me chasing him around the house asking him to take his 'nummies'- he takes zyrtec everday. He likes the flavor, he just thinks its a game.

I've probably only given him tylenol three times in his life but each time I've used the dropper.

Dropper or syringe, and it is wrestlemania trying to get her to take it When she had a infected toeanail she needed an antibiotic, and it was horrrrrrible. We even got antibiotic squirted onto the ceiling in the struggle!!!!

You should have seen me today trying to pin her down to suction her, oh goodness, you would have thought I was beating her

Dropper or syringe, depending on the medicine. I may start switching to a medicine spoon with the prescription meds. They always give it to us in these big bottles, and I end up pouring it into a small cup or soy sauce dish in order to get it in the syringe.

I like to use the syringe, but Aleeya likes to run around with the syringe after she has had her medicine. I'm a bad mom, because I let her do it. Today she wasn't feeling well. The syringe was somewhere in her toy box, so I had to use something else. I just used a regular teaspoon, and she did fine. Actually, she did better, because she didn't run off with the spoon afterward.

We use a cup for Dakota. She is a nut and would flail when we tried to do a syringe

Rylan uses syringes and is the best medicine taker ever! Right in the g-tube!
