Today I went to a thrift store and I was looking at the kids books. I picked up a really cool book on colors for Jude and it was in mint condition. I opened up the book and there were three typed papers inside the front cover. I looked at it and it was a college paper.......written by one of my former students.



It was a paper all on her dad and how influential he was in her life. She got an A- on it. It was dated Sept 2010.




Out of all the students I taught, she's the only one that I still know where her family lives.




Do you think I should mail this to her anonymously or include a note saying I found it?! I don't want to be a creeper!

I'd mail it to her and insert a note saying that you found it in a book at a thrift shop and that you remember her being your student.

Whoa! How random and crazy. Depending on how well I knew/know her, I'd mail it along with a note, or not send it at all. I probably wouldn't do anonymous, because I'd be totally freaked out if I got one of my old papers in the mail without knowing who sent it or where it came from.
