Last night I made a meatball sub and had to try to eat it in in the car on the way to class. It took longer than I thought to make the meatballs so by the time it was ready I ahd to go. I also made DH a sub and Granny & Lily had meatballs and steamed green beans and I imagine something else to go with it but I wasn't home so i'm not sure.
Tonight I am throwing the chicken/artichoke/olive dish in the crock pot and serving it over couscous.

Last night I made raspberry chipotle glazed turkey burgers (sans buns) with risotto and roasted squash and zucchini. I'm not sure about tonight yet.

I ate a chicken sandwich from the Wendy's, on my way back from spending 200 dollars on groceries for this low carb diet Tim & I started today and are SWEARING we'll stick to.
Trey stayed at my moms while we shopped & ate dinner there. I just texted her to see what he ate and this is the answer i got, "we had breakfast for dinner. I gave him two scrambled eggs and sausage. He ate all of the eggs and a few bites of sausage. He also had a slice of cheese & one of those 100 calorie packs of cookies for dessert. Then he had a gogurt. Oh and 2 cups of juice" - haha. i felt like the list just went on and on.
Tonight we're making Pork tenderloin with broccoli. yay. (note the sarcasm) Its day one of my diet and i'm seriously starved. I want bread! rice! candy! anything with sugar or carbs. If i can get through a week or so, it'll get better, but right now, i could eat a whole loaf of bread.

Last night we had fried chicken wings, baked beans, and pasta salad.
Tonight may be a Ruby Tuesday's night or a salad

Tonight? I have NO idea...

Last night we had pot roast cooked in the slow cooker.
Today I'm making a pinterest recipe that has no name..lol..It's chicken, cream cheese, corn, Rotel and black beans cooked in the slow cooker and served over rice or noodles (i'm doing rice). We've had it once before and we live it..it's even yummier the next day!
