I put chase to bed already. It's 7pm. Ugh. No nap and he was getting so cranky. He threw a huge tantrum and was hitting me
That's just not like him. He is sound asleep now and I'm worried he will be wide awake at 1030...but there was no way he could stay awake any longer.

I love coming home from work and Tristan running up saying "Mommy, I missed you!", then throwing himself at my knees.

^Hopefully he can get back on a more normal sleeping schedule soon. Sounds like he's been "off" the past couple of days.

Speaking of being "off," I have not worked out at all for about 2 weeks. Not a big deal...I just want to get back on track. I bought a new workout DVD @ target tonight, so I guess I'll check it out.

I haven't worked out in months! Once dh leaves I will start going to the gym. It is just too difficult to try and do certain things when we only have the one vehicle.
I can't wait until this time next year since we will be buying our next vehicle!!! and I get to pick it out!!!!

We're hoping to get a new vehicle next year, too. Have any ideas of what you might want? Sharing a vehicle definitely sucks. We did that for a few months last year & I felt so trapped sometimes.

I am thinking a Nissan Murano or a Nissan Quest. But I haven't been really really looking yet just because I know it will make me impatient to get it.

Just got back from indulging my steak craving at Outback! It was soooooo good!

Probably. The Murano is about the size of my Edge and 3 kids would definitely not fit comfortably enough for me.

DH just got home and I haven't really seen him all day. I was out with SIL doing wedding planning stuff from 10-4 and then from 4-10 he was out having solo dude time doing whatever. But I am ready to hit the hay!

DH sorta rocked my socks today. He cleaned and mopped both bathrooms and did all of the laundry and cleaned up our bedroom. I was off all week and only managed to mop and straighten up the kitchen.

The muranos are cute!

Chase actually slept all night. He was up at 730-ish. I'd normally let him chill for an hour or so in his crib but I got him right up. The boys go back to school tomorrow so he needs to get back on track.

That's awesome Nicole!

And yay for sleeping all night!

I like the Muranos, but don't think it would be big enough for me. And I'm also not ready to be a minivan mom! Haha. We're kind of thinking of something like an Acadia.

I'm not much for minivans, but I saw one outside the renfaire last year that I really liked. It was low to the ground, and had plenty of room. Unfortunately, I don't remember what it was! Hubby looked it up afterwards, and it's a bit out of our price range atm, even if we didn't have 2 car payments.

Whew, between yesterday and today, I've done a ton of walking. Not sure it's enough to make up for the cocoa puffs I just ate.

Nicole - when I read "DH rocked my socks today" I thought you meant he wore your socks all day. And I was like 'wow he wore them while cleaning? weird." and then I stopped being an idiot and was like OHHH.

We went fishing today... I caught 10 and ben caught one. bahaha. in his defense, he had less fishing time b/c I kept making him take my fish off the hook. unfortunately I got a terrible farmer's sunburn. thankfully lily didn't burn, so I guess she takes more after DH than me?

^^^ Bahaha. Blame it on preggo brain!

Where do u guys fish? We tried going last week but the lake we went to didn't have a dock or any flat areas to fish so we tried fishing from an embankment but Major kept wanting to get too close to the water and the water was full of algae type stuff. Whenever I casted, the hook/worm got caught in the algae. Next time we will have to try urban fishing at a small local lake.

Funny about the sunburn too. By looking you would assume Major has my fair skin but he's got a little farmers tan going on his legs and neck. He's never burned or looked remotely red - he just gets color apparently. I wish I could be so lucky!
