Well, since they are boy/girl siblings, I haven't been able to "hand me down" much. she did wear 1 set of his old PJs . Definitely very boyish...but who cares.

No. I had a girl first and boy 2nd AND they're 12 years apart. I got rid of everything except 2 outfits for saving in my hope chest and they're definitely not suitable for a boy.
