Hello!

I just wanted to introduce myself. I usually can be found in the April 2009 DDC

My name is Sherri and this is my second pregnancy - the first was ectopic. I am expecting my first on April 4th 2009 and all looks ok so far with the exception of high blood pressure which I am really trying to stay positive about. Happy to be here and look forward to getting to know you all better.

The last I heard was 150/91 and I go back to see my doctor October 15th. If at that time it is still around the same then my doctor will be sending me to see a specialist and they will be starting me on medication. In the meantime, I am trying to eat a low fat and low sodium diet although am travelling at the moment for business so am finding this a bit challenging over the last day or two. I am a chronic worrier so am really trying hard to break myself of that habit and stay positive.

chronic worrying is not a great thing.

Hope you can figure out something to lower your blood pressure.
