I am almost 5 weeks pregnant and I have had scoliosis since I was 13. It never got bad enough that I had to have surgery. Just have pretty much dealt with it over the years, back pain here and there. Is there anyone out there who has been pregnant or is pregnant and has scolosis? Did you have any problems with your back? Where you put on bed rest? And how severe is your scolosis? Any help would be wonderful!

Thanks Beth

i have mild scoliosis, and nobody thought it would be a problem. however, it caused my pelvis to twist, which has been incredibly painful. i have spent three years with a physical therapist and a massage therapist. my massage therapist is trying to use the effects of the pregnancy hormone relaxin to correct both problems with a technique called spinal touch. i would highly recomend it!
