For however long I have left I get to be considered normal risk! I'm still contracting, but no pattern at all and family history says this could last 2-3 weeks, I am 2 cm and 70% effaced so it's a start. My bp today was 106/60, with no protein in my urine still. And with the stitch out the risk to me is gone. Gabriel is big enough to be born and not have problems so now we wait. It's so foreign to me to be normal, and to just be waiting for him to pick his birthday. Oh, and even with a vbac my Dr told me to just use common sense with going to the hospital, if I think I need to go then go, if not stay at home. I love it, and the best part is I am comfortable again. The stitch isn't pulling and pinching all the time so I feel like I have the patience to wait again, I was starting to feel so done last week.

Yay for you! I'm just really starting to get into my uncomfortable pregnancy stretch, and my stitch is back to bugging the crap out of me. Hopefully in the next few weeks they'll take it out.

I'm glad I made it to 35 weeks to have it removed but I really had no idea it was bothering me as much as it was. I'm so relieved to not have it in anymore. I can move around comfortably and getting up and down is a lot easier!
