hi there,im high risk because i have had to miscarrigies, pcos, fibromyalgia, bad kidney stone problem, and gestational diabetes. i am 12 weeks now and from about 6 weeks on i have had continuos cramping.some days it is very mild and some days its like period cramps.i have had no bleeding and i had an ultrasound and dr. says everything looks good its most likly just my uterus growing and my stomach muscals streaching and so forth. has anyone eles had this? i mean if it is just my stomach growing and all would that cause you to cramp everyday? i am so worried about the cramping because of my other miscarrigies. so if anyone can help me out with this that would be great! thank you!

I am not sure if I would say it's normal, with my first pregnancy I didn't have this, but with this pregnancy I had that sort of cramping all the way up to about 16 weeks and stayed freaked out, ( i also spotted very easily, like just walking very much) I do believe it could just be growing pains or ligament pains, hope it gets better for you

How much water are you drinking? I know cramping can be caused by dehydration and whenever I start cramping I drink a whole bunch of water and it goes away.
