My OB told me to get Magnesium Oxide or Magnesium gluconate. They sell it over the counter in most drugstores or supermarkets in the vitamin section. She told me to take 400-500 mg up to 3x a day.

I told her my BH were getting uncomfortable and she said to take this because it relaxes the uterus. She said that if BH get uncomfortable, they can soften your cervix too early. I've been taking it since Tuesday and it really has made a difference! I just want to keep baking this little baby until 37+ weeks!

Anyway, I just wanted to share this with the other ladies suffering from early Braxton Hicks!
