Hello everone. My name is klaw. I am 33 yrs. old. I have a 2 yr. old and expecting my 2nd child(April10, 2010). I was recently put on hospitalized bed rest. I have an incompetent cervix, have dialated 4cm, and my bag of water is hanging out of my cervix. i have been in the hospital for 3 wks, with 4 wks to go. I will be 30 wks pregnant tomorrow. This is the hardest thing I have ever had to do. I'm in Maryland and the law states that children are not allowed in the hospital due to H1N1. I am miserable and can't stop crying. i miss my daughter soooo much. Any advice?

Hi. My name is Rebecca. I'm 24 weeks pregnant with a little boy. I am high risk for prior stillbirth, diabetes, and high blood pressure.

I'm sorry you are stuck in the hospital and can't see your daughter. My cousin spent 8 weeks on hospital bedrest, but now her son is 8 months and doing great. I am from Maryland myself - what hospital are you at? I go to Johns Hopkins.

Hi! I'm Emma (26), DD#1 is Gaby (3) & DD#2 - Emersyn, is due June 23rd. I am high risk due to having epilepsy, and needing to be on meds because of that.

It must be SO hard to be away from your daughter I don't know how I would cope. I am so sorry you're stuck in hospital, and I hope the following weeks go *extremely* fast for you (((hugs)))

Hi and welcome!

I'm Angel and I also have IC.

I'm sorry you are going through all this. If you have a computer with you and another one at home you could try video chatting with your daughter using "Skype" of course you would also need 2 webcams.

I was going to suggest the webcam thing. That'd be a great way of keeping in touch...
